PDM team consists of four partners and other qualified and semi-qualified staff members.
He is a commerce graduate from Hansraj College, University of Delhi. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is an fellow member of the Institute of Companies Secretaries of India. He is a qualified Insolvency Professional. He has more than 38 years of experience in the profession. His area of expertise includes:

Mr. Prabhat Jain has vast experience in direct taxation. He has handled numbers of assessments and appeal matters. He has handled various corporate and non-corporate audits including audit of a Listed Company. Besides taxation and audit, his interest is in corporate matters. He has handled number of Merger and Acquisition cases in corporate structuring. He has conducted the arbitration proceedings for a leading Consumer Electronic Company. He is also serving as liquidator in two cases under IBC Laws.

Mr. Deleep Kumar Jain has ample experience in Internal Audits. He has conducted numbers of internal audits of various industries viz. Automobile, Consumer Electronics, FMCG, Textiles, NGOs etc. He has done the stock audits of listed companies-Nestle India Ltd., BPL Ltd. and Videocon Industries Ltd. etc. His other subject of interest was Service Tax. He had handled Service Tax matters for numbers of clients of different service sectors. In special assignments, he has handled setting up the accounting for a MNC Sports company.Laws.

Mr. Man Mohan Sharma had vital experience in VAT matters. He was in VAT practice since 1995 and earned enough experience on the subject. He has handled numbers of assessments and appeal matters upto he tribunal since then. Now, his core area of expertise is Goods and Service Tax Laws, after change of VAT regime. He is handling adjudication and appeal matter under GST laws.
The clients he is handling belong to different industries viz. Automobile, Textiles, Tele-Communication, Hotels, Restaurants, Food & Beverages, Electrical, Engineering, Garments, Jewellers, Importers, and Contractors. He has also handled numbers of VAT audits allotted by the department. He has conducted number of VAT audits to their clients under statues of various states.
His other subject of interest is company law matters. He is well versed with the company law compliances, incorporation of new company, incorporation of subsidiary of a foreign company etc.

Mr. Tarun Gambhir has good experience of Fixed Assets Accounting and Audit. He has handled various clients of hotel industry for Fixed Assets Register and Audit, which includes Hotel Hilton-Saket, Lodhi Hotel-Lodhi Road, DLF Clubs in Gurgaon etc. He has handled special assignments of very large reconciliations.
